party FAQ
Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a party spot? Yes, we require a $200 + tax nonrefundable deposit.
Can I bring in outside food or drink? Yes, for private parties we allow outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol.
Can I use open flames or food-warming fuels to warm my food or for decoration? For safety reasons, we cannot allow open flames in our facility. This does not apply to birthday candles.
How many children may attend the party? The party price includes 20 children including the birthday child and all children ages 1-12. If you have more than 25 children attend, we will charge a $100 large party fee. For semi-private parties with more than 12 children, we charge a $100 large party fee in addition to the extra child fee.
How much time is allowed for party set-up? You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your party.
Do I need to clean up after the party? We will assist you in packing up your things, and we will take care of the rest!
Can I extend the party? Yes, if you selected a 5:00-6:30 time slot you have the option to extend your party for 30 minutes for $100.
Can I add crafts to my party? Yes, any party can include a craft for everyone! We do not allow outside crafts to be brought in.
Are outside vendors allowed? All entertainment and professional decorators require advance approval.
